Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Management Consulting to join a leader in business services. The role partners with senior clients to shape growth strategies and translate challenges into action plans.

The Associate Director will guide fast-paced engagements, align business and technology priorities, and lead operating model and merger integration work, driving enterprise transformation with strong judgment and client leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in management consulting and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology.
• Broad industry exposure, particularly in insurance, fintech, and technology services.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage workstreams independently.
• Strong critical thinking and judgment skills.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging senior clients.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Management Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will partner with senior clients to shape business and growth strategy, translating complex challenges into clear action plans.

The Associate Director will lead fast-paced engagements, connect business and technology priorities, and guide teams through operating model and merger integration work.

This position requires strong judgment, thoughtful client leadership, and the ability to build strategic roadmaps that support enterprise transformation.

Location: Washington, DC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $270,000 annually
