Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Associate Director for Leadership Excellence & Customer-Facing Skills to lead development of leadership capabilities and customer-facing competencies across the organization. You will partner with Senior Leaders and Global teams to design and deliver modern training strategies leveraging AI to future-proof the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience with field sales, progressing to leadership, L&D, or Commercial Training roles.
• 2+ years as a 1st line leader, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
• 3+ years preferred leading national or home office initiatives, ideally training programs.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to Leadership Excellence & Customer-Facing Skills with focus on developing skills, behaviors, and mindset of customer-facing personnel.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and implement skill development for customer-facing teams.
• Design and revise curricula to meet changing market demands for leadership and contributors.
• Build alliances with Senior Leaders and partners to ensure consistency and enable change management.
• Collaborate with TA to measure impact of training and suggest improvements.
• Leverage AI technologies to reimagine learning experiences and curricula for the future of work.
• Coordinate with Global partners to use existing resources and best practices.
• Support the broader Customer Facing Capabilities/Commercial Training teams in curriculum execution.
