Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Associate Director, Leadership Excellence & Customer-Facing Skills to advance leadership capabilities across General Medicines, Vaccines and Specialty Care. Location options include Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ, with a focus on scalable, high-impact programs.

You will partner with senior leadership to design, deliver and measure leadership development initiatives, aligning with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
5+ years in pharma/biotech with field sales or leadership and development exposure.
2+ years as a 1st line leader in a matrix environment.
Experience leading national or home office initiatives and training programs.
Proven ability to design and measure leadership development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement leadership excellence and customer-facing skills curricula.
Partner with senior leadership to identify priorities for customer-facing teams.
Create and revise training programs to meet evolving market needs.
Build alliances with senior leaders and global/local partners to ensure consistency.
Collaborate with TA leadership to measure training impact.
Leverage AI technologies to reimagine learning and curricula.
Coordinate with global partners to share best practices and resources.
Support wider curriculum execution across the customer-facing teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
