Qualifications

• 5 years of pharma/biotech experience with field leadership exposure.
• 2+ years leading national or home office initiatives.
• Experience in training design, leadership development, and AI-enabled learning.
• Ability to lead without authority in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication and executive presence with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the Leadership Excellence & Customer-Facing Skills team with a focus on developing the skills, behaviors, and mindset of customer-facing personnel.
• Partnering with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute skill development for their respective customer-facing teams.
• Executing training needs to build, revise and implement curriculum to meet changing market demands.
• Building alliances with Senior Leaders and global/local business partners to align strategy and manage change.
• Partnering with TA leadership to measure and monitor training impact and recommend improvements.
• Leveraging AI technologies to reimagine learning experiences and curricula.
• Collaborating with global partners to share best practices in developing customer-facing leadership.
• Supporting the curriculum across Customer Facing Capabilities/Commercial Training teams.
