Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to shape and lead communications for Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging and drive alignment across consulting teams and Brand, Marketing & Communications.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
Typically no less than 8-10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences and leadership levels.
Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
Lead governance and execution to bring structure to communications.
