Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 8–10 years in executive, employee, internal or corporate communications.
• Experience working with senior leaders in a large professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, tailored leadership communications.
• Develop materials, FAQs and cascade tools aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Provide editorial review and maintain high-quality messaging.
• Monitor engagement and apply insights to future content.
