Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead internal communications for Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging, drive alignment with leaders and stakeholders, and deliver coordinated communications across Consulting and Brand, Marketing & Communications to support priorities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically no less than 8-10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise-oriented initiatives in a complex professional services organization.
• Familiarity with change management and employee engagement principles.

Responsibilities

• Translate established strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications tailored to different audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Lead communications supporting Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives.
• Monitor engagement and incorporate insights into future communications and content development.
