Job summary

EY Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement is seeking an Associate Director to develop and execute communications for Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging, shaping leader communications and ensuring consistency across the practice.

Reporting to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader, you will drive planning, governance and delivery with senior stakeholders, coordinating across Consulting and Brand, Marketing &

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically 8–10 years of increasing responsibility in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in complex professional services.
• Familiarity with change management and employee engagement principles.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences and leadership levels.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives to align messaging.
• Develop core messaging, FAQs, cascade materials and content aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Provide editorial review and ensure high standards of written quality and consistency.
• Monitor engagement and feedback; apply insights to future communications and content.
