Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead talent, operations and finance communications. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging, guide leaders, and ensure coherence across a complex communications ecosystem to drive alignment and engagement.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; typically no less than 8–10 years of experience with increasing responsibility in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise-oriented initiatives in a complex professional services organization.
• Familiarity with change management and employee engagement principles.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for communications supporting people, operations and business priorities.
• Monitor engagement and feedback; incorporate insights into future communications.
