Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead talent, operations and finance communications, aligning leaders and employees with strategic priorities.

Reporting to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader, you will translate business objectives into clear messaging, collaborate with teams, and drive disciplined delivery across the communications ecosystem.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Masters preferred.
• Typically no less than 8–10 years of experience in executive/internal/corporate communications.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise‑oriented initiatives in a complex professional services organization.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for leaders and audiences.
• Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Lead communications initiatives across Talent, Operations and Finance.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for priority communications.
