EY is seeking an Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead communications for Talent, Operations & Finance. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging, drive alignment across leadership levels and ensure disciplined delivery across the communications ecosystem.

The role requires strong writing, executive communications experience and the ability to influence senior leaders in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically 8–10 years of experience in executive/internal communications.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in complex professional services.
• Familiarity with change management and employee engagement.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategic priorities into clear communications for leadership levels.
• Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Plan, govern and execute communications with discipline.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, Operations to align outcomes.
• Translate complex topics into accessible, actionable communications.
