Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead communications for Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives across the Americas. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging that drives understanding and alignment, working with Consulting and Brand, Marketing & Communications to deliver impactful communications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically no less than 8–10 years of experience in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise- or practice-wide initiatives in a complex professional services organization.
• Familiarity with change management and employee engagement principles.

Responsibilities

• Translate established strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications tailored to audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Bring structure and discipline to communications through planning, governance and execution.
• Serve as the communications partner to Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives.
• Shape leader messaging and engagement strategies for clear, credible communication.
• Execute communications plans supporting Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives.
• Develop core messaging, FAQs, cascade materials and supporting content aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Translate complex business, operational and people-related topics into accessible, actionable communications.
• Support adoption and engagement by reinforcing key messages across touchpoints and channels.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for communications.
