The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and ability to build partnerships with faculty, fellows, donors, and university leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in STEM, Finance, or Economics.
• Eight years of related experience in management.
• Record of peer-reviewed published scholarship and leadership experience.
• Experience in management and leadership of a significant organization with multimillion-dollar budgets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Leadership and Strategic Planning: assists in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives for the Hagler Institute, sets performance goals and metrics, supports recruitment of Fellows and Distinguished Lecturers.
• Institutional Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement: builds relationships with donors, Fellows, lecturers, deans and department heads; coordinates meetings and donor interactions.
• Reporting and Analysis: oversees development of newsletters, annual reports, brochures, and public communications; maintains website and press releases.
• Budget and Financial Management: leads annual budgeting and expense-control processes; assists with budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Policy and Program Oversight: helps formulate policies for administration of the Hagler Institute and maintains high workflow standards.
