Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight years of related experience in research development, grant writing, or research administration.
• CRA credential or active involvement in NORDP preferred.
• Experience designing faculty development and team science initiatives.
• Experience with research analytics tools and national research development activity.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and hosts professional and proposal development training for faculty.
• Provides guidance to researchers in proposal development and documentation.
• Leads campus outreach and engagement across academic units.
• Develops strategic plans and measures for programs and staff.
• Oversees program budgets, staff supervision, and compliance.
