Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project or infrastructure finance.
• Understanding of PPPs, EPC/O&M contracts, and offtake or availability-payment structures.
• Strong financial modeling, ratio and covenant analysis, and accounting fundamentals.
• Experience embedding generative AI or LLMs into analytics with governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for committee-ready docs.
