Job summary

Fitch Group's Global Infrastructure Complex Credit Group in New York seeks a Director to lead analysis of complex infrastructure and project finance transactions. You will help develop rating approaches for digital, core+ and cross-border credits in NA/EMEA.

Responsibilities include conducting research, producing credit reports, and engaging with senior managers and external advisers to publish ratings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree at minimum; advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years in capital markets or credit analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read and explain complex structures and to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of infrastructure and project finance transactions.
• Develop rating approaches and criteria for complex credits.
• Research trends and assess credit impacts in reports.
• Gather data and legal documents to produce ratings and reports.
• Interact with other Fitch groups to align rating methodologies.
• Present ratings to senior management and external stakeholders.
