Job summary

S&P Global Ratings seeks an experienced credit professional to lead end-to-end analysis of North America infrastructure project finance credits. You will prepare materials for rating committees and drive surveillance with risk-theme insights.

You will connect market developments to forward-looking themes, embedding AI tools with disciplined governance and delivering clear, concise narratives for issuers and investors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project finance or infrastructure finance, including roles in ratings, banking, advisory, investing, or credit.
• Understanding of infrastructure project structures and documentation (PPP, EPC, O&M, offtake).
• Financial analysis skills including cash flow modeling, ratio and covenant analysis, and accounting fundamentals.
• Ability to deliver high-quality credit analysis across a portfolio with limited oversight and coach junior analysts.
• Experience embedding generative AI or LLMs into analytical processes with governance and validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for committee-ready docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end credit analysis for NA infrastructure project finance credits and prepare committee-ready materials.
• Manage portfolio surveillance and connect market developments to forward-looking risk themes; embed AI tools with governance.
• Synthesize data and research into clear market narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to methodology, confidentiality, data governance, and escalation of risks.
