You will coach junior staff, improve workflows, and ensure high analytical standards while engaging with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear narratives for rating committees.

Qualifications

• Direct experience analyzing securitized products, fund structures, or related structured finance instruments.
• Demonstrated ability delivering high-quality analytical work across multiple credits with limited oversight.
• Practical fluency in AI tools and sound judgment in their application.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned structured finance credits with timely, high-quality outputs.
• Synthesize portfolio performance, market signals, and peer context into decision-ready insights.
• Embed and validate generative AI and large language model tools within analytical workflows with human accountability.
