Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, data science, biology, or related field.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations, sales operations, or related discipline.
• Experience designing, modeling, implementing, and administering incentive compensation plans for field teams.
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation principles, goal setting, payout mechanics, and governance.
• Experience defining field reporting requirements and partnering with technical teams for dashboards.
• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with BI tools, CRM, data warehouses, and incentive platforms.

Responsibilities

• Incentive compensation strategy and plan design for customer-facing roles.
• Modeling and scenario analysis to test payout distributions and risks.
• Governance and controls for plan calendars, approvals, and audit trails.
• Develop goals and performance measures aligned with business priorities.
• Plan deployment, roster validation, payout processing, and change control.
• Create field communications, launch materials, FAQs, and examples.
• Develop field reporting and dashboards with analytics and IT partners.
• Gather requirements, define logic, validate data, and support adoption of reporting tools.
• Monitor plan effectiveness and recommend refinements; provide actionable insights.
• Partner across Commercial, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Market Access.
