Amplity Health, a full-service partner for biopharma, seeks an Associate Director to lead a team of Biologic Specialty Representatives on a national client program. You will manage recruitment, on-the-job training, and performance management to meet contract specifications.

Collaborate with client teams, monitor productivity, and develop individual development plans while maintaining a positive, high-performing environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sales management experience in pharmaceuticals.
• 3+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Travel average ~30-50% nationally.

• Lead a team of Biologic Specialty Representatives in all areas of their employment.
• Work with the Client team to identify and execute goals.
• Communicate team objectives to promote teamwork and shared goals.
• Manage team training needs and track performance.
