Job summary

Amplity seeks an Associate Director to lead a Biosimilar Biologic Specialty Representatives team for a client program. You will recruit, train, coach, and manage performance, ensuring alignment with contract specs and client goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, planning, and collaboration with client teams to achieve sales outcomes while maintaining compliance and a positive work environment. National travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years sales management experience in pharmaceuticals preferred.
• 3+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience is expected.
• Travel ~30-50% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Biologic Specialty Representatives and ensure program goals are met.
• Collaborate with Client team to identify and execute on priorities.
• Communicate team objectives to promote teamwork and shared goals.
• Oversee training, development plans and performance appraisals.
• Monitor productivity, workload, and compliance with policies.
• Develop business plans aligned to Client priorities and manage team expenses.
