Amplity seeks an Associate Director to lead a team of Biosimilar Biologic Specialty Representatives on a national client program. You will guide strategy, coach staff, and ensure contract compliance while delivering results.

You will collaborate with client teams, manage training and development, monitor performance, and drive revenue while maintaining regulatory standards and strong people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sales management experience in pharmaceuticals.
• 3+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Travel average ~30-50% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Biologic Specialty Representatives to achieve program goals.
• Collaborate with Client team to identify and execute goals.
• Communicate team objectives to promote teamwork and shared goals.
• Oversee training needs and development plans for team members.
• Monitor productivity, workload and outputs against standards and policies.
• Address issues through corrective action with compliance and leadership.
• Develop business plans aligned to the Client’s priorities.
• Manage team expenses to fit contract requirements.
