Job summary

Omnicom Health in New York City is seeking an Associate Director, Human Resources to act as a trusted HR partner for senior leaders and employees across the organization. The role requires navigating complex employee relations, strategic workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to support business goals.

You will work with Centers of Excellence and senior leadership to deliver proactive HR guidance, coaching, succession planning, and talent development while managing key HR

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a matrixed organization.
• Strong HR generalist or HR business partner background with employee relations expertise.
• Experience advising senior leaders on sensitive matters.
• Bachelor’s degree; HR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to senior leaders, managers and employees.
• Independently manage complex employee relations matters.
• Coach managers on performance management and development.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Lead HR projects from planning through execution.
