Position Overview This is a hybrid position based in New York City. Candidates must be local to the NYC area and able to work from our NYC office a minimum of three days per week. Omnicom Health is seeking an Associate Director, Human Resources to serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees across the organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who is comfortable navigating complex employee relations matters, partnering directly with senior business leaders and translating business priorities into thoughtful people solutions. The Associate Director will provide day to day HR counsel while also taking a proactive and strategic approach to workforce planning, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness and employee experience. This person will anticipate workforce needs and organizational trends, identify people implications and advise leaders on solutions that support both immediate priorities and longer term business goals. Working closely with HR leadership and our Centers of Excellence, the Associate Director will operate as a strategic HR generalist, independently managing complex people matters and leading HR initiatives and projects. This person should be polished and credible with senior leaders, comfortable operating independently and able to balance the needs of employees with the needs of the business.
