Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in project management and/or media strategy or activation.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience working with co-located and virtual/global teams.
• Familiarity with PM tools and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team of 1-2 India-based project managers with guidance and quality control.
• Lead relationships with creative agency partners and evolve collaboration practices.
• Own client communications for creative-led projects and prepare regular status updates.
• Maintain understanding of all active projects across planning, digital, and investment teams.
• Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs and post-project reviews.
• Develop and manage project timelines and coordinate inputs from junior team members.
• Train junior PMs in asset review and trafficking instructions.
• Identify risks early, proactively problem-solve, and keep projects on track.
• Improve team operations for high-quality deliverables and client confidence.
