Job summary

Omnicom Health is seeking an HR Partner to drive business outcomes by partnering with employees and managers across the full lifecycle. You will build strong relationships, provide day-to-day HR guidance, and support initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, onboarding, performance, and development.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding, conduct new hire check-ins, and drive a positive employee experience while navigating competing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must be a commutable distance to NYC.
• 2–3+ years of HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, ATS, and other HR tools.
• Experience supporting employee relations, policy interpretation, compensation planning, talent programs, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to guide and support employees and managers.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity and priorities.
• Strong empathy and ability to build trust with inclusive guidance.
• Client-focused mindset delivering high-quality HR support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employees, providing guidance on HR topics and conducting exit interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure onboarding, conduct new hire check-ins, and support assimilation.
• Support talent acquisition by obtaining approvals for open positions and coordinating onboarding.
• Facilitate compensation processes, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive planning; serve as first contact for rewards.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to communicate offerings and support performance and development processes.
