We are seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources, with strong HR business partnering background and demonstrated success supporting complex organizations in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This position serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and provides both strategic and operational HR leadership across multiple client groups within key corporate functions. The Senior Manager will support the company’s values, inclusive culture and business objectives. Based at our NY corporate headquarters, the ideal candidate will be comfortable partnering with leaders at all levels within the organization including senior executives, to lead people initiatives related to organizational effectiveness, employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, change management, leadership coaching, and compensation planning. This individual will thrive working as part of a collaborative global HR team and will play a critical role in shaping talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience across the organization. This role requires regular in-office presence five days per week, to engage and collaborate in-person.
Bachelor's degree required. Professional HR certification, a plus. Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders. Demonstrated experience influencing and advising senior leaders on complex people-related matters. Proven success leading organizational change, talent initiatives, and workforce planning efforts. Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to business objectives. Excellent leadership, consulting, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to leverage workforce data and insights. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
$115,000 - $125,000 USD Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
