Job summary

Omnicom Corporate in New York is seeking an HR Manager with a solid business partner background who balances strategic advisory work with hands-on execution for multiple client groups across core corporate functions.

The role includes guiding employee relations, performance management, organizational design, onboarding, and compensation planning; ensuring data integrity and compliance; partnering with COEs on staffing, development, and HR programs; and coordinating the annual Summer Intern

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
• Professional HR certification, a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience; marketing industry background, a plus.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with proven ability to influence and lead.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and current HR practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Workday and Microsoft Office (Teams).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations and performance management.
• Partner with leaders and COEs on staffing and job descriptions.
• Oversee onboarding and the employee engagement lifecycle.
• Ensure data integrity and compliant HR processes.
• Coach managers through organizational challenges.
• Lead annual Summer Intern program and related HR initiatives.
