The US Associate Director of Provider Relations leads programs supporting healthcare transformation and access to innovative technologies. Responsibilities include engaging with key decision makers, executing value-based care initiatives, presenting economic models, and supporting market access strategies. The role involves building relationships with customers and internal teams to align strategies and gather insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer-facing provider relation strategies for JJMTS products and services, focusing on evidence dissemination and provider engagement.
• Deploy tailored strategies to meet provider requirements for specific products and services.
• Partner with HEMA functions to deploy resources like reimbursement hotlines, tools, and data dashboards.
• Support market access initiatives, including reimbursement assessments and evidence dissemination.
• Support value-based contracting and coordinate evidence sharing strategies.
• Monitor reimbursement landscape changes and provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate across HEMA and with business partners to align priorities and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Health Plan industry with experience in health economics, policy, and reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare delivery, reimbursement, and market access.
• Experience with medical devices, economic evidence, and market development is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.

Additional Information
