We are seeking an Associate Director, HEMA Provider Relations – MedTech Surgery. This is a field-based/remote role within the Continental US, with preferred locations listed but open to candidates nationwide.

Purpose: The US Associate Director of Provider Relations leads programs supporting healthcare transformation and access to innovative technologies, leveraging expertise in health economics, policy, and reimbursement. The role involves engaging with key decision makers, supporting value-based care initiatives, presenting economic models, and executing market access strategies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in health policy, economics, or related fields.
Experience: 5+ years in medical device, pharma, or health plan industry with a focus on health economics, policy, and reimbursement. US market experience and knowledge of healthcare systems are required. Medical device or health economic evidence communication experience is preferred.
