Role Overview

The US Associate Director of Provider Relations leads programs that support health care transformation, focusing on health economics, policy, and reimbursement. This role involves engaging with key decision makers, executing value-based care initiatives, and supporting market access strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement customer-facing provider relation strategies to expand dissemination of HEMA evidence.
  • Develop tailored strategies addressing provider needs for specific products and procedures.
  • Partner with internal teams to deploy provider resources and support market access initiatives.
  • Support innovative contracting strategies and disseminate economic evidence.
  • Monitor reimbursement landscape changes and provide strategic insights.
  • Build strong collaborations within HEMA and with external partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in health policy, health economics, or related fields preferred.
  • 5+ years in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or health plan industry, with experience in health economics, policy, and reimbursement.
  • Deep understanding of US healthcare delivery, reimbursement, and market access.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data effectively.
Additional Information

This position requires up to 50% domestic travel and offers a competitive salary range of $137,000 to $235,750, along with comprehensive benefits. The role is full-time, based within the US, and reports to senior management.
