Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Director, HEMA Provider Relations – MedTech Surgery. This remote, field-based role covers multiple states in the US. The role involves leading programs supporting healthcare transformation and access to innovative technologies, engaging with key decision makers, supporting value-based care initiatives, and disseminating economic evidence.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer-facing Provider Relation strategies for JJMTS products/services, focusing on evidence dissemination.
• Deploy tailored strategies addressing provider requirements.
• Partner with HEMA functions to deploy provider resources.
• Lead market access initiatives, including reimbursement assessments and evidence dissemination.
• Support innovative contracting initiatives.
• Monitor reimbursement landscape changes and provide insights.
• Collaborate across teams to align strategies and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in health policy, economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years in Medical Device, Pharma, or Health Plan industry, with experience in health economics, policy, and reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare delivery, reimbursement, and market access.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present complex data.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
