Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Associate Director of U.S. Commercial Sales & GTN Analysis to lead GTN close and projection across the U.S. product portfolio.

You will manage monthly/quarterly closes, accruals, reconciliations, and provide strategic, data-driven insights to senior finance and commercial partners. You will collaborate with Market Access, Pricing, CASA, and Brand Finance, drive process improvements using Anaplan, Power BI, and SAP, and support internal controls

Qualifications

• Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, information systems, or related field.
• CPA or Master of accounting preferred.
• Strong accounting understanding with knowledge of the pharma/healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget/projection timelines, presentations, and sales analyses communicating gross-to-net drivers.
• Lead GTN close, accruals, reconciliations, and variances for the U.S. portfolio.
• Manage GTN variance analysis, commentary, and leadership-ready materials.
• Support SOX controls and internal/external audits; collaborate with Market Access, Pricing, CASA, and Brand Finance.
