Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, GTN Balance Sheet & Systems, to lead planning, forecasting and governance of the Gross-to-Net balance sheet across Plan, LRP, and LBE.

You will own reserves, accruals, rebates, and related GTN balances, driving accuracy and timely reporting in a complex pharmaceutical environment. You will partner with GTN Accounting, CCF, and the Systems Strategy Team, defining system requirements for Kernel, CDL-F, Anaplan, and related platforms, while advancing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined experience in pricing, forecasting, and/or accounting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical and content skills.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to synthesize large data sets and identify risks and solutions.
• Pharma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own GTN balance sheet planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis for Plan, LRP and LBE.
• Governance, controls, documentation, and review procedures for GTN activities.
• Provide quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year GTN analysis and drivers.
• Lead cash flow analysis for actual and forecast results.
• Represent GTN Accounting in systems strategy initiatives and test planning.
• Drive automation to reduce manual processes and improve reporting efficiency.
