AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, GTN Balance Sheet & Systems, to lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance of the Gross-to-Net balance sheet across reserves, accruals, rebates, and related items.

You will partner with GTN Accounting, CCF, and Systems Strategy to define system requirements and drive automation, using Kernel, Anaplan, SAP, and Model N to improve controls and reporting.

Formación

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting required.
• 10+ years in pricing, forecasting, or accounting; pharma background preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical and interpersonal skills; able to interact with management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP, Model N and Kernel experience desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to work under deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own GTN balance sheet planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for reserves, accruals, rebates, and related balances.
• Establish governance, controls, and documentation for balance sheet activities.
• Provide quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year GTN analysis and key driver insights.
• Lead cash flow analysis for actual and forecast results.
• Serve as primary GTN Accounting liaison for systems initiatives (Kernel, CDL-F, Anaplan).
• Drive automation to reduce manual processes and improve reporting efficiency.
