Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Excellence to lead development and adoption of enterprise capabilities that strengthen strategic planning, launch readiness, and execution across global and local markets.

This role partners with Global Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, IT and other functions to drive best practices, improve effectiveness, and enable consistent execution of commercial priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare or related industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial drivers and strategic planning.

Responsabilidades

• Support the evolution and continuous improvement of commercial excellence frameworks, processes, tools, and best practices across the organization.
• Contribute to development and deployment of strategic planning methodologies to improve decision-making and execution.
• Partner with brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen strategic planning capabilities and execution excellence.
• Lead or support change management activities and drive adoption of new processes or capabilities.
