Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Parsippany, NJ is seeking an Associate Director of Revenue Accounting to lead revenue accounting operations for the U.S. Innovative Medicines and Biosimilars portfolio.

You will ensure accurate monthly closes, manage GTN estimates and liabilities, and support forecasting with cross-functional collaboration. You will work with senior leaders and external auditors, driving continuous improvement in analytics, reporting, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including Gross to Net.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and external auditors.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close activities for product revenue, ensuring US GAAP compliance.
• Analyze contracts, reconciliations, and GTN reserves including rebates, chargebacks, returns, Medicaid.
• Collaborate with Forecasting, Commercial Operations, and AR teams to ensure GTN accounting accuracy.
• Support revenue analytics and flash reports for business decisions.
• Develop financial models to support GTN forecasting and scenario planning.
• Leverage automation tools to improve data accuracy and reporting.
• Validate sales data including wholesaler inventory and returns.
• Support external audits and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Generics Revenue and Alliance Accounting on cross-functional initiatives.
