Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access Intelligence in Princeton, NJ to own MFN and international pricing intelligence. You’ll interpret industry actions, maintain the team’s evidence base, and produce publications reaching policy and commercial leaders.

You will work with the Global Pricing & Health Systems Analytics team and interface with senior leaders to shape scenario analyses and platform content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years in pharma/healthcare, or in consulting serving it, with market access/pricing/competitive intelligence experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior leaders.
• Proven ability to translate large information volumes into concise writing for senior audiences.
• Ability to form a clear POV from incomplete or conflicting information.
• Strong self-priority setting and independent, high-quality work in fast-moving environments.
• Comfort using AI tools, or interest in learning.

Responsibilities

• Follow MFN and international pricing developments across priority markets; interpret strategies and payer responses.
• Run signal intake and record relevance and impact in knowledge base.
• Maintain and update MFN narrative and scenario assessments; prepare leadership-focused analytics.
• Own MFN publications, executive newsletters, alerts, and summaries from sources to final edition.
• Draft quick, well-sourced answers to senior leadership questions on MFN and international pricing.
• Review platform content for accuracy, sourcing, and relevance; escalate issues as needed.
• Incorporate new content and licensed sources into the intelligence platform; manage access and usage tracking.
• Drive self-serve enablement: create training guides, run office hours, use usage data to measure platform impact.
