Job summary

CG Oncology is seeking an Associate Director, Government Programs & GTN Operations to lead government pricing calculations, submissions, and reporting across federal and state programs. You will own GTN forecasting processes, model maintenance, assumption management, and scenario analyses while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotech government pricing experience
• Experience supporting commercial product launches and launch readiness
• Experience developing and operating GTN forecasting models and rebate calculations
• Experience supporting AOP, LRP, quarterly forecasts and month-end close processes

Responsibilities

• Lead government pricing calculations, submissions, and reporting across federal and state programs
• Lead GTN forecasting operations, model maintenance, assumptions, and scenario analyses
• Ensure compliance with CMS/HRSA/VA and other regulatory requirements; prepare audit-ready documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and data integration in pricing systems
• Provide cross-functional leadership and guidance on pricing regulations and financial implications
