Job summary

Sandoz International GmbH in Princeton, NJ is seeking a seasoned Government Pricing leader to manage day-to-day pricing calculations and reporting across federal and state programs. You will partner with Market Access, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment, drive GTN forecasting, and implement process improvements using Model N, Revitas, and SAP.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• 5+ years of Government Pricing experience including rebates and GTN.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Government Pricing calculations and reporting across federal and state programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory pricing submissions to government agencies.
• Oversee pricing analytics, rebates, chargebacks, and contract pricing analytics.
• Support GTN forecasting and pricing analytics with Market Access and Finance teams.
• Lead process improvements and system enhancements using Model N, Revitas, and SAP.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Commercial Operations to align pricing with regs.
