Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years in pharma/biotech or relevant consulting; 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of US payer landscape and pricing programs (AMP, BP, ASP, 340B).
• Experience forecasting, modeling and estimating GTN financial impacts.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Government Pricing calculations, methodologies, and reporting obligations.
• Oversee all Government Pricing calculations and compliance (AMP, BP, ASP, NonFAMP, 340B).
• Lead analytics and scenario planning for Medicaid, Medicare and 340B changes.
• Support contract development and ensure rebate and payment processes align with terms.
• Oversee state price transparency reporting and forecast GTN impacts.
• Collaborate with GIS to upgrade Revitas modules timely and compliantly.
• Sponsor or lead cross-functional initiatives; mentor team members.
• Lead external audits and SOX compliance activities; implement regulatory changes.
