Job summary

Sandoz US is seeking a senior Government Pricing leader to oversee day-to-day pricing calculations and reporting across federal and state programs from our Princeton, NJ headquarters.

The role drives GTN forecasting, pricing analytics, and regulatory compliance in a cross-functional finance and market access environment. This hybrid position supports up to 50% remote work and requires strong leadership of pricing analysts.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• 5+ years Government Pricing experience, including reimbursement, rebates, chargebacks, and GTN economics.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations and pricing dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of Government Pricing calculations and reporting across programs (Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, FSS, etc.).
• Oversee rebate calculations, chargeback reconciliation, price validations, and contract pricing analytics.
• Maintain compliance with government pricing regulations and SOX controls.
• Partner with Market Access, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Contracting, and Commercial Operations teams.
• Support audits and regulatory inquiries related to Government Pricing activities.
• Lead and develop analysts and managers responsible for Government Pricing reporting and analytics.
