Job summary

Sandoz, a global leader in biosimilar and generic medicines, seeks an Associate Director of Government Pricing to oversee pricing calculations, compliance, and reporting for federal and state programs. You will partner with Finance, Market Access, Legal, and Compliance to ensure SOX controls and accurate submissions.

This Princeton-based role offers a flexible hybrid schedule; US work authorization is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 7 years in pharma/healthcare
• 5+ years Government Pricing experience
• Expertise in pricing calculations, reporting, and compliance
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to evaluate pricing implications of contracting and product launches
• Understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations and legislation
• Strong pricing, analytics, and GTN forecasting skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee Government Pricing calculations and reporting across federal/state programs (Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, FSS).
• Ensure timely, accurate pricing submissions and documentation to government agencies.
• Manage rebate calculations, chargebacks, price validations, and pricing analytics.
• Maintain SOX compliance and supporting internal controls.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Market Access, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
