Job summary

Merck is seeking an Associate Director, Global Marketing Engagement (GME) within the Digital Human Health team. You will develop analytics to inform US product strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support go-to-market and portfolio planning with data-driven insights.

You will partner with global marketing, US market engagement, clinical and finance teams, delivering scalable analytics capabilities and executive-ready recommendations to strengthen decision making across the pharma

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or business field.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech insights, analytics or portfolio roles.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver data analytics to inform pipeline investments.
• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives across launch assets.
• Communicate findings and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, IT and external partners.
