Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in marketing, data insights, analytics, or related roles within pharmaceutical, biotech, consulting, or healthcare.
• Experience mining patient claims/EMR data and producing actionable insights.
• Strong storytelling and executive presence with senior leaders.

• Act as strategic thought-partner for Global Asset Marketing teams.
• Translate business needs into structured analytical plans and hypotheses.
• Effectively communicate advanced analytics to stakeholders.
• Develop and own commercial insight generation strategy and roadmap, applying AI to strengthen efficiency.
• Analyze data across disparate databases to develop insights informing business questions.
• Ensure analytical rigor, consistency, and transparency of methods.
• Integrate insights across primary market research and secondary data sources.
• Quarterback our HH division and IT capabilities end‑to‑end delivery of insights and technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across market research, forecasting, data science, data strategy, and marketing operations.
• Align cross‑functional teams on scope, timelines, and outputs for high-quality insights.
• Stay current with industry trends and AI advancements to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Contribute to innovative experiments and idea generation with measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to embed next-gen analytics into pipeline and launch strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of Specialists and Senior Specialists.
