Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead global cybersecurity incident response efforts and coordinate across Legal, Privacy, Risk Management, and IT teams. The role requires senior expertise in incident management, forensics, and communication with leadership.

You will be on-call, drive improvements to the incident response program, and mentor junior staff while working within EY's hybrid, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 10+ years in information security roles across SOC/incident response and cyber defense functions.
• Ideally: GCFE, GCFA, GCIH, CISA, CISM, CISSP or CCIM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex global cybersecurity incidents, including after-hours responses.
• Interface with business partners, counsel, privacy, risk management, and other IT teams.
• Lead process improvements and documentation for incident response.
• Draft leadership communications and provide metrics on incident response performance.
• Manage junior team members and oversee key CIS projects.
