Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking an Associate Director – Project Management to lead from front-end planning through operational qualification of major capital assets in GFD. You will manage Lilly and non-Lilly teams, ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met across global sites.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 10+ years in capital project delivery, and certifications such as PE or PMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering field or related to project management.
• Minimum of 10 years in capital project delivery for industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• PE or PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver large capital programs of $1BN USD or more with safety, cost, schedule and quality objectives.
• Apply disciplined project management to anticipate scope changes and resolve issues.
• Communicate with GFD leadership, project teams, governance and business partners.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory and quality requirements.
