Job summary

Lilly is seeking an experienced leader to drive Global Facilities Delivery projects, delivering large-capital assets from front-end planning through qualification. The role requires coordinating with diverse teams and ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

Minimum 15+ years in capital project delivery within industrial/manufacturing settings, with relocation/travel willingness and a background in engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or technical related field.
• Minimum of 15+ years experience delivering capital projects in industrial/manufacturing facilities (≥$100M).
• Experience leading greenfield projects.
• Willingness to relocate and travel internationally/domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large capital projects ($1BN+), ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with Lilly and non-Lilly professionals, governing bodies, and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Develop and implement safety and environmental execution plans for projects.
