Job summary

Lilly seeks an Associate Director – Project Management to lead and deliver large capital asset programs for Global Facilities Delivery. You will manage teams across front-end planning to operational qualification, ensuring asset capability, safety, cost, schedule, and quality.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 10+ years in capital project delivery in industrial/manufacturing settings, and relevant certification (PE or PMP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering field or a field related to project management.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital project delivery in industrial or manufacturing facilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages teams to deliver large programs of $1BN USD or more in capital assets and/or programs with safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Applies disciplined, structured project management to anticipate scope changes, resolve issues, and deliver work safely with quality, speed, and value.
• Maintains effective communication with GFD leadership, project teams, governance, and stakeholders while working from regional locations.
• Develops and maintains safety and environmental execution plans and ensures compliance with policies and work rules.
• Ensures program execution complies with company policies, regulatory and quality requirements.
