Job summary

Lilly seeks an Associate Director – Project Management in Indianapolis, IN, to deliver global capital assets for the Global Facilities Delivery (GFD). You will lead teams from front-end planning through operational qualification on programs of $1BN USD or more, ensuring asset capability, safety, cost, schedule and quality.

The role requires a disciplined project management approach, extensive experience in capital project delivery, and PE or PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering field or a field related to project management.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital project delivery in industrial or manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages teams delivering large programs of $1BN USD or more in capital assets and/or high-impact programs.
• Develops safety and environmental execution plans; ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Delivers asset capability and capacity with safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
